The world of home repair is a scary place - it is hard to find someone who is honest, dependable, and skilled who is also willing to go the extra mile. Jason Marsden and his team at Professional Home Repair and Maintenance services fit that description to a tee. I was referred to Jason by Lumber Liquidators when I was faced with a serious family emergency that required the installation of new flooring in a relative's home. I live in California and was managing all of the details remotely, which normally would probably have made things impossible to accomplish. However, Jason walked me through my options, helped me define the best solution, went out of his way to go to the store himself to see what was in stock and available quickly, then sat with me while I viewed the options online so that I could get the purchase completed. He then drove personally to Birmingham to pick up the missing components (and did not charge me for it!), rescheduled his team to work on New Year's Day and through the following days to get the job done in time to allow my very sick niece to return to a safe and clean home. Not only was Jason fantastic, but every person he sent to work on the project was fantastic as well; they cleaned up everything as if it was a hospital operating room, they solved problems before I even thought about them, and were unfailingly cheerful, supportive, and empathetic throughout the entire process. Last but not least, the price point was reasonable in the extreme - I can say with absolute certainty that it was the best experience with home repair i have ever had, and if you are thinking about having work done, you could not do better than to work with Jason Marsden and his team.
