"I first used this company in 2018/2019 after a house Fire and Water damage destroyed my home. Almost the entire house had to be rebuilt from the studs up. Jason and his team worked diligently to get me and my children back in our home without sacrificing quality. While he worked on the interior of the house, I mentioned I was looking to put up a privacy fence and I wanted the outside of the house painted. Jason gave me quotes on those jobs and had a team come complete them as he continued to work on the home’s interior.
About a month after we moved back in a big box appliance store damaged the floors when they failed to connect the washing machine discharge hose and dug groves in the new floor sliding heavy appliances across the surface. Jason came and resolved the problem for us.
A couple of years later it was time for a new roof, a storm had left the roof leaking and I had called several roofing companies, all of who told me that I would have to wait 10-14 days to actually have the roof repaired. I called up Jason and asked if by chance he did roofs. He gave me a quote that day and had the roof replaced the following day!
During the summer I had an AC issue and I called Jason, he handled getting someone out to help me and when there was an issue after the repair, Jason handled that as well!
This brings me to the most recent reason I had to call Jason. I had a pipe freeze and burst. I called Jason informing him the water was shut off to the house. He came out and fixed it for me within 2 hours. I can’t say enough good about Jason and his teams and I will gladly use them again and recommend them without reservation to anyone who needs home construction/repair services."

Repairs are done and the whole experience was incredible. After calling about 6 contractors to do our work we were extremely frustrated. Not only was it difficult to get someone on the phone but we could not even get any of them to come out or even give a quote. It seems most contractors in the Madison County area care only about quick, expensive, insurance jobs.
So I called Professional Home Repair. Jason the owner contacted me by text because he was in a meeting. My response came in 15 minutes. Everything they did was quick, profession and a very great group of guys. Ivan came out and looked at the repairs needed that same afternoon and I had a quote in hand the next day. They showed up to do the work a few days later and the 3 day job turned into a day and a half!! And we even added an additional project from original work! The work was done perfectly! It was a fantastic experience all around.
If you need repairs done, this is the ONLY number you should ever call."

"Mr. Marsden, Jason replaced two windows on the front of my house. Some pieces had to be custom cut which was done on site. Once done you could not tell that they had not been in a millwork shop. It was dark when they finished and I planned to go out the next morning and clean up the sawdust.. When I went out I found they had even swept the sawdust up.
